A Battery is a logic gadget that outputs a constant signal at the tweaked strength.
Usage and behaviour
The battery's functionality depends on the gadgets it is connected to. Connecting its output to an input will cause it to emit a constant signal; by default, this signal is set to "On", but this can be inverted through the tweak menu. The strength of the battery's output can also be tweaked, ranging between 0-100%.
Tweaks
Output
Output: (-100% - 100%) Determines the strength of the analogue signal output.
Invert Output: ( ) Inverts the gadget's output, turning On signals Off and vice-versa.
Visuals
Visible in Play Mode: ( ) Determines whether or not the object will be rendered in Play Mode.
Always On
The Always On gadget was an early predecessor to the battery. Featuring significantly different properties, Always On has no script, no tweak menu, and is always active with a 100% signal output.
The only way to disable Always On is to place it inside a microchip's circuit board and manually disable the microchip by using its On/Off input on the bottom.
