A Destroyer is an Object Tweaker gadget that destroys its host object when activated.

Usage and Behaviour

When the Destroyer receives a digital ON signal through its input, it destroys the object it is attached to. If tweaked to do so, it will also destroy any objects that are directly glued to it. To limit its destructive power, the Destoryer will not do anything unless it has a wire connected to its input.

The creator can specify a destruction effect, with the available effects differing from game to game. While most of these are purely visual, the "Fall Apart" effect causes the object to enter a "dead" state before disolving one second later. In this "dead" state, the object detaches itself from any rigid connections, and Sackthings can phase through it.

Some destruction effects have built-in sound effects, but if one or more Sound Objects set to trigger on destruction are also attached to the object, the built-in destruction sounds will not play. It is possible to disable the stock destruction sounds entirely by placing a Sound Object onto the same object as a Destroyer, setting its Trigger Mode to "On Destruction" and setting the volume to 0%.

Below is a table listing each destruction effect, and which games they appear in.
