Usage and Behaviour

The Bubble Machine acts as a decal that can be placed on any surface, and emits bubbles from its centre when submerged underwater. When a character without Scuba Gear passes through the bubble stream, their oxygen is instantly replenished. Oxygen is refilled regardless of the player's layer position relative to the gadget, even if another object exists in a layer between the bubbles and the player.

The Bubble Machine has one input, which is used to turn it on and off with logic.

Tweaks

The Bubble Machine has no tweak menu in most of the games it appears in. However, in LittleBigPlanet 3, the ability to tweak its Play Mode visibility was added. A similar effect can be achieved in earlier titles by placing the gadget inside of a Microchip.

In the Water Beta, the Bubble Machine is an object with collision rather than a decal, and the bubbles come out of the top of the machine. It also has some different functionality due to its script being different.

Removed Bubble Height Tweak

Originally, the Bubble Machine had an option to adjust the height of the emitted bubbles; a slider is present that adjusts the height, and a little box appears above the machine that shows how high the bubbles will go.

Some leftover language data can be found for this tweak.
