A Water Sensor, known as a Water Switch in the original LittleBigPlanet, is a Sensor gadget that detects when it is sumberged underwater. First introduced in the Pirates of the Caribbean Kit, it was later included as part of the default toolset from LittleBigPlanet 2 onward.
Usage and Behaviour
The Water Sensor can be placed onto any surface or circuit board. When the the centre point of the gadget (or its host Microchip) intersects with a body of water, it sends both a digital ON signal and an analogue signal of 100%. The Water Sensor only detects Global Water, and does not work with Floaty Fluid.
