At launch, LittleBigPlanet 3 came with 90 unique Pins, of which 5 are exclusive to the PlayStation 4 version of the game. Of the 90 Pins included with the base game, 32 of them are tied to trophies. After release, 11 Pins were added via The Journey Home Premium Level Kit. 28 more were added through Challenges in Game Update 1.23, and two secret Pins were added in Game Update 1.24, bringing the total number of unique Pins up to 131.

In addition to the 131 new Pins, all of the Pins from LittleBigPlanet 2 can be viewed from page 10 and beyond. With the exception of those from the Play - Story page, these can still be unlocked in LittleBigPlanet 3, but the player will not be notified when they have unlocked one, and they will not appear in the Recently Awarded Pins section.

Play - Story Pins

Titan Tickler Defeat the first Titan (Complete Lights, Camera, Traction!)

Titan Troubler Defeat the second Titan (Reach the end of On The Link Of Disaster. The pin is rewarded during the cutscene when the Titan is crushed.)

Titan Toppler Defeat the third Titan (Complete Even Bosses Wear Hats Sometimes...)

Penny Pincher Hoard 100 Collectabells in the Adventure Mode

Don't Look Down Grab the prize bubbles at the end of the catwalk. (In Furry Soles, Hot Coals, collect the Prize Bubbles at the end of the narrow, snowy passageways.)

Clammy Hands Collect the Prize Bubbles from the Clams in Belly Of The Beast

Free Bird Destroy 25 of Newton's robots. (In Battle Of The Airwaves, have the laser destroy 25 of Newton's antennae robots.)

Moon On A Stick Moons don't belong on sticks! Get rid of it! (Activate the Sticker Sensor in Stitchem Manor.)

Dinner at 8 Guide 8 Sacklings to the very end (In Guess Who's Coming To Dinner?, reach the end of the level without losing a single Sackling.)

Slip and Slide (5, 10, 50, 100, 1,000) Use a slide 1,000 times

Rail Racer (5, 10, 20, 30) Spend minutes riding the rails (Spend 30 minutes attached to a Bendy Rail while using the Hook Hat powerup.)

Glide Hard (2, 5, 15, 30, 60) Glide as Swoop for a total of 60 minutes

High Flyer Fly as high as possible as Swoop. (In Play Mode, reach the top boundary while flying as Swoop.)

I. AM. INVINCIBLE! Use the Gameplay Tweaker to become invincible... And prove it! (Turn off one (or all) of the vulnerabilities in the Gameplay Tweaker, then jump into a hazard that would otherwise kill the player.)

The best laid plans... Win both Contraption Challenges (Reach the Scoreboard in both The Wheel Deal and Joust In Time.)

We have to go deeper... Create a level that uses ALL 16 layers (Have at least one object occupy each layer in Create Mode. Objects that take up more than one layer also count towards this.)
