LittleBigPlanet PS Vita came with 47 trophies out of the box. Since launch, the Marvel Arcade Pack added 30 more trophies - ten for each of the three minigames - and the DC Comics Premium Level Kit included 7 more on top of that. With a combined total of 84 trophies, LittleBigPlanet PS Vita has the most trophies out of any game in the series. As with older titles, trophies in downloadable content packs are not counted towards the platinum trophy.

Like LittleBigPlanet 2, trophies are tied to the in-game Pins, so earning a Pin marked with a trophy icon will also unlock its corresponding trophy.

Due to a permanent server closure, 16 trophies cannot be obtained legitimately as they depended on online features which are no longer officially supported.
