The Wedding is the third area of LittleBigPlanet, and home of Frida the Bride and her Groom Don Lu. The theme is roughly based on cathedrals, graveyards, as well as Día De Muertos/Day of the Dead.

Overview

The Wedding follows the mishap between Frida and her lost groom, Don Lu. After proving your ability to reunite families, you must reunite the two by venturing down into the darkness.

The Wedding serves as a showcase of LittleBigPlanet's lighting system, as well as how it can be used in level design through the use of light objects to illuminate your path.

LittleBigPlanet PSP

While the theme itself did not make a playable appearance in LittleBigPlanet PSP, some of it's items can be purchased as downloadable content in the Wedding Theme Pack.
The Wedding Theme Pack features:

LittleBigPlanet Karting

In LittleBigPlanet Karting, The Wedding would make a minor playable appearance in the LittleBigPlanet theme, being the location of After the Wedding and it's VS counterpart. All of The Wedding's standalone items - barring the background - can also be collected in the Story mode and freely used in user created levels.

LittleBigPlanet HUB

Like all other LittleBigPlanet and LittleBigPlanet 2 themes, The Wedding would have been playable in LittleBigPlanet HUB either by purchasing the theme alone or by owning a copy of the original LittleBigPlanet.

LittleBigPlanet 3: The Journey Home

The Wedding would go on to make a major playable appearance in the LittleBigPlanet 3: The Journey Home DLC pack, Larry Da Vinci and Victoria Von Bathysphere are throwing a party for the four heroes of Bunkum in The Gardens, welcoming them home after their prior adventure. However, due to Newton's miscalculations, the heroes go off course and land in The Wedding while all of the parties' invitations are spread across Craftworld. After splitting up, Toggle searches around to gather the first two invitations in Bone-a-Fide Ride and Think in Sync respectively.
