The Arrr!! outfit is a Boy costume that appears in the original LittleBigPlanet.
History
This outfit was originally intended for the scrapped Seaside theme but was recycled for The Gardens and The Canyons (as was also done with many other themed assets.)

This item is awarded at the end of First Steps for acing the level.
Pirate Eye Patch
This item is awarded at the end of First Steps for acing the level.
Pirate Waistcoat
This item is awarded at the end of Get a Grip for acing the level.
Pirate Shorts
This item is awarded at the end of Get a Grip for acing the level.
The gmat for the main diffuse of the shorts incorrectly uses a specular map for the bump map, causing a weird appearance.
There is also a gmat intended for stitches on the sides of the shorts where there's a split, but it's mapped incorrectly and doesn't render in-game.
Pirate Hat
This item is awarded at the end of Skate to Victory for acing the level.
The model for the hat is different in prototypes.
Rotten Teeth
This item is awarded in The Mines.
