Craftworld, otherwise known as LittleBigPlanet, is the titular planet that the story modes of LittleBigPlanet (PlayStation 3), LittleBigPlanet (PlayStation Portable), LittleBigPlanet 2, and Sackboy: A Big Adventure take place on, and the humble home to the likes of Sackboy and many of the reoccurring characters throughout the franchise. It resembles Earth, however it is made out of different types of cloth and wools.
Overview
Craftworld has been the main location throughout most of the games, and is generally a very important planet throughout the Craftverse, with The Center of Craftworld containing a large Mushroom Tree reminiscent of the icon LittleBigPlanet Logo, where all of Craftworld's creativity emits from. Sackboy is generally seen to be the hero of Craftworld to many of the locals; such as when the stitched hero destroyed the treacherous machinery of The Collector and freed various Curators from his grasp, being the noble messenger and inviting Curators all across the planet to celebrate within The Carnival, defeated the creativity-devouring forces of The Negativitron and its army of Meanies, to halting the process of the travelling planet Carnivallia from consuming the joy and life force of Craftworld, to eradicating the Garage at the End of the Craftverse to stop The Hoard from stealing everything in-sight, to even putting an end to the plans of the diabolical Vex and his nightmarish Topsy Turver.
However, the little Sackling isn't the only heroic presence within Craftworld, as after sealing away the evil Titans back on Bunkum, Sackboy had brought three new friends to his home world; the speedy and loyal canine-like Oddsock, the size-morphing oaf Toggle, and the sweeping cloth avian Swoop. Together they will be protecting Craftworld and keeping the residence safe from harms way.

History
While the main world that most games in the series takes place in, the appearance of Craftworld tends to vary from title to title, the first instance of which being within the original LittleBigPlanet (PlayStation 3), has a close resemblance Earth itself, with all the eight Themes from the first game's story mode residing within the cloth planet in their respective continents and countries. This is the most iconic form of Craftworld shown throughout most forms of media, stickers and promotional material even past the second title, and is generally the most recognizable interpretation. This form of Craftworld is also present within LittleBigPlanet (PlayStation Portable), also containing the seven various Themes from the game.
This form of Craftworld changes with the release of LittleBigPlanet 2, showing a Craftworld in your Pod that is more barren and dull with brown and beige colors. This is more of a design choice to entice players to customize their Craft Earth with the newly developed Planet Customization features; it is generally accepted that Craftworld itself within the lore of the games still looks the same as it did in previous titles. However, when entering Story Mode within the second game, the planet changes design when hovering over each of the six different Themes. Some may confuse these as different planets entirely, but is in-fact still the same Craftworld as before, and only exists as a thematic addition. This also extends to LittleBigPlanet Karting with its depiction of thematic planets as well.
This design introduced within LittleBigPlanet 2 continues to be present within future titles such as LittleBigPlanet Karting and LittleBigPlanet 3, with LittleBigPlanet PS Vita still using the green version; although the stories of the third title and the PS Vita version do not take place within CraftWorld, but is periodically mentioned and referenced to. It is also known that some of the non-licensed DLC Level Kits take place within Craftworld, such as the LittleBigPlanet 2 Move Pack and The Journey Home.
