Dr. Herbert Higginbotham is a major character in LittleBigPlanet 2, and the Creator Curator of The Cosmos.
History
LittleBigPlanet 2
Higginbotham makes his first appearance as the man who is capable of repairing Huge Spaceship. However, you must first free him from Eve's Asylum alongside Clive Handforth.
LittleBigPlanet 3
Higginbotham was originally planned to appear alongside the other LittleBigPlanet 2 Creator Curators in early prototypes of LittleBigPlanet 3 when the game was planned to be a direct sequel. This idea seems to have evolved into The Journey Home.
