- Proposed changes from {{GadgetBob}}
- For gadgets and gameplay kits, use a 3D render of the subject as the primary image, with a shrunken inventory icon placed beneath it (if it has one).
- This has been brought up a few times on Discord, but there are two issues with only representing a gadget by its inventory icon:
- not all gadgets have a corresponding inventory icon
- even if it does, there's no guarantee that it's an accurate representation of its actual in-game appearance (see: Saddle and Circuit Node)
- This has been brought up a few times on Discord, but there are two issues with only representing a gadget by its inventory icon:
- I suppose the same arguement could be made for other types of items, but gadgets are the biggest offender by far, so I'm addressing it here.
- In the future, it'd be nice to have a system where multiple icons from different games are listed in a row, and you can click on them to show different 3D renders (e.g. clicking the LBP1 Sensor Switch inventory icon swaps the LBP2 Player Sensor render for an LBP1 Sensor Switch render).

This infobox will actually be a merging of two existing templates: {{CharacterBob}} and {{OutfitBob}}. This is mostly to cover cases where outfits like Gustavo and El Jeff are treated as distinct characters. To facilitate this, the infobox will be split into two sections, with the first section covering information about the character (full name, gender/pronouns, voice actor, etc), and the second half will contain information about the outfit (theme, number of pieces, where it can be found, etc).
- shortcuts
- {{infobox outfit}}
- {{infobox kart}}
- Proposed changes from {{CharacterBob}}
- Replace "first appearance" with "appears in" if the subject has only appeared in a single piece of media (excluding backwards compatibility).
- Proposed changes from {{OutfitBob}}
- Add sections for item slot (if we want to cover isolated costume pieces or Special costumes), whether it uses Player Color or suspensions (for karts), and its rarity (if it appears in Ultimate Sackboy).
params
- title
- Specify a title that will appear at the top of the infobox. By default, this will adopt the article's title; you probably don't need to change this unless you're removing disambiguation terms.
- image
- A representative image of the outfit, such as official artwork (if available), an extracted game asset (such as a 3D model render or inventory icon), or an in-game screenshot.
- fullname
- The character's full name, if known. Do not use if the full name is the same as the infobox title (e.g. listing Clive Handforth's full name as "Clive Handforth" is redundant).
- gender
- The character's gender or pronouns, if known.
- first-appearance
- The first game or piece of media in which this character appeared.
- last-appearance
- The latest game or piece of media in which this character appeared. Omit if the character has only made one appearance.
- actor
- The actor portraying this character.
- theme
- The theme that this costume is categorized under or obtained from in its inaugural appearance.
- parts
- The number of pieces that the outfit is comprised of.
- slot
- The costume slot that this item occupies, if the subject is an isolated costume piece.
- colorable
- Whether or not the outfit changes to match the wearer's Player Color, if applicable.
- suspensions
- For LittleBigPlanet Karting karts, determines whether or not this body supports alternate suspensions.
- rarity
- The rarity of the outfit, if it appears in Ultimate Sackboy.
- foundin
- A list of levels this outfit's pieces can be found in. Use
{{LevelLink}}to populate this list, separating by game where necessary.

The Balloon is a kart in LittleBigPlanet Karting. It is automatically unlocked alongside the Unicorn outfit if the player has save data from LittleBigPlanet or LittleBigPlanet 2 on their system.
infobox store
- Proposed changes from {{StoreBob}}
- Remove the changing image and title; I think it's disorientating and hard to work with. Instead, pick one region to represent the subject on the infobox, and put the other region variant images in the gallery.
- Move "price" to the top, and prefix each region's currency with the appropriate ISO 4217 code (e.g. GBP £1.59).
- Replace "games" field with "compatibility", and use a bulleted list instead of breaking with
<br>tags.- Titles with partial compatibility (e.g. level kits with costumes that supported Sony's Cross-Buy scheme) can be marked with an asterisk, with a note below the listed titles.
- Shorten content IDs to just the 16-digit code at the end.
- e.g. EP9000-BCES00141_00-LBPDLCRARECO0005 -> LBPDLCRARECO0005
- Mostly to save space, and because the 16-digit code is consistent across most regions. As far as I can tell, only Asia has different content IDs from the rest of the world, but those can be listed separately if need be.
- Wrap content IDs with
<tt></tt>tags.- Mostly for aesthetics, and to ensure a consistent spacing when multiple content IDs are listed.

- title
- Specify a title that will appear at the top of the infobox. By default, this will adopt the article's title.
- image
- A representative image of item, usually the icon shown on the PlayStation Store.
- price
- The price of the item on the store. If the item is/was a free download, simply put "Free". If the item was only available through a download code, put "NFS".
- compat
- List of games that are compatible with this item and its contents. If a title has limited compatibility, i.e. a Cross-Buy promotion where costumes can be used but other content is absent, mark them with an asterisk.
- contentid
- The content ID for this store item.
- distribution
- If the item saw a non-standard release, list the method through which it was intended to be distributed, if not through a public facing store page.
- release
- Release dates in all applicable regions, ordered from earliest to latest. For items that were delisted and subsequently re-released, use the initial release window.
- delist
- If the item has been removed from sale, list the removal date here. For items that have been delisted more than once, use the latest removal date.
- feature
- An itemzied list of features included with this item, if it is downloadable content for a LittleBigPlanet game.
Rare Prize Crown
United Front Games Pack
Minecraft: LittleBigPlanet Edition
- This is one example where truncated content IDs could cause issues: ASIA000000000007 is not a very helpful search term on its own. In such cases, using the full content ID (EP4433-CUSA00265_00-ASIA000000000007) is acceptable.
