Marlon Random is a major character in LittleBigPlanet 3, and the creator curator of Manglewood.
History
Marlon Random is the Creator Curator of Book One: Manglewood and is first mentioned by Nana Pud in A Night On The Tiles. He guides the player through all three marble levels and like all the other Creators appears around Manglewood Swamp to give information on the Level Links and their corresponding levels. He also helps the player in Crumbling Crypts and informs them of OddSock's control scheme. Marlon appears lastly in To the Ziggurat!, wishing Sackboy and OddSock farewell as they continue to The Ziggurat.
General information
Marlon is said several times to be a washed movie star, from a time when Manglewood was the pinnacle of the film industry on Bunkum. He has played several acting roles in his years, from the fantastical Mike Hyperdrive, to even playing a tree as his first. He is also the only one with knowledge on OddSock's marbles and their locations.
Physical appearance
Marlon wears a denim jacket. His head is a spool of film reel, his hair being the film itself.
Personality
Marlon, despite his incessant infatuation with the silver screen maintains most of his mental faculties and is mainly relaxed when around Sackboy and OddSock. Though in times of stress, all he can seem to do is reference his acting career, regardless of its helpfulness.
