Mags the Mechanic is a major character in the original LittleBigPlanet, and the creator curator of the Metropolis. She is an avid mechanic and builder based inside the Metropolis' city.
History
LittleBigPlanet
Mags the Mechanic makes her first appearance in the original LittleBigPlanet, where she is the fifth creator curator Sackboy meets along his journey. After reuniting with her friend Uncle Jalapeño at her garage, she suggests the two upgrade their car. After Sackboy receives his new car, Mags sends him down to challenge her foe, Ze Dude, to a street race to win her personal ride back. After Ze Dude wipes out and loses Mags' ride in the city's subway, she and Sackboy venture down to retrieve it, only for Ze Dude to resume his chaotic spree on Mags' construction site.
During the finale of LittleBigPlanet's story mode, Mags is revealed to be one of the many creations stolen by the Collector and subsequently freed from his lair by Sackboy.
LittleBigPlanet 3: The Journey Home
Mags the Mechanic is invited to the reunion party after earning 30,000 points in Think in Sync. She arrives at the festivities in From Chaos to Cakes wearing a new sequin dress, playing the role of party DJ.
General information
Physical appearance
Mags is a tall, tanned woman built from doll parts. Her hair is large and curly with a black band running through it. A pair of glasses conceal her eyes, and she is dressed in nothing but tattered blue dungarees. She is usually seen holding a large spanner.
Personality
Mags is shown to enjoy tinkering with cars and is more than willing to help out acquaintances like Uncle Jalapeño. Despite her easy-going and casual personality, she hardly tolerates delinquents like Ze Dude.
