The LittleBigPlanet 2: Cross-Controller Pack is a downloadable bundle of levels for LittleBigPlanet 2 developed by Sumo Digital. It adds the ability to connect a PlayStation Vita system to the game, which can be used to interact with the PlayStation 3 in a variety of ways.
Unlike PlayStation Move, Cross-Controller functionality was not carried forward to LittleBigPlanet 3, making this the only level pack from LittleBigPlanet 2 whose levels (and by extension, prizes) are not backwards compatible. As a workaround, the Sci-Fi Adventures Level Creator Kit was released on July 24, 2015, which instantly unlocks the Cross-Controller Pack's contents in that game; those who had previously purchased the Cross-Controller Pack could download Sci-Fi Adventures at no additional charge.[1]
