Avalon Centrifuge is a major character in LittleBigPlanet 2, and the Creator Curator of Avalonia.

History

LittleBigPlanet 2

Avalon makes his first appearance here as a member of the Alliance. Throughout Avalonia, he teaches Sackboy how to pilot his various animal-themed vehicles.

LittleBigPlanet Karting

When Sackboy arrives in Avalonia in LittleBigPlanet Karting, a picture of Avalon appears stating that he is on vacation.

Alongside Victoria and Eve, his costume is available in the files albeit unobtainable.

LittleBigPlanet 3

Avalon was originally planned to appear alongside the other LittleBigPlanet 2 Creator Curators in early prototypes of LittleBigPlanet 3 when the game was planned to be a direct sequel. This idea seems to have evolved into The Journey Home.

General information

Physical appearance

Avalon has thick orange hair on his head and chest, and an orange mustache. A microphone is attached to his suit. He has glasses with white frames and red lenses that highly resemble Larry Da Vinci's. Although not viewable from most angles, under his glasses are the default Button Eyes.

Personality

Avalon is vain and egotistical.

Trivia

• In earlier builds of LittleBigPlanet 2, he was the creator of the Sucker and was secretly plotting against the rest of the Alliance with his robot servant, Mona. An early design for Avalon depicts him as a Distortion pedal.
