The My Moon.

My Moon is the player's personal moon for creating levels.

Overview

The My Moon is where the player can enter Create Mode and save their levels to. A new level can be created by selecting any empty level slot, and levels can be saved to them and re-edited at any time. Level slots are positioned within the moon's craters, and larger craters contain groups of level slots. LittleBigPlanet 3 introduced Adventure craters, where players can create Adventure maps filled with a string of connected levels.

History

The My Moon each player can access is implied to be one of many individual player moons. However, Craftworld seems to have its own Moon, judging by LittleBigPlanet (PlayStation 3)'s tutorial theme, the space material from the DC Comics Premium Level Kit, and the ending cutscene of The Journey Home.

The My Moon has appeared in every creation-based LittleBigPlanet title to fulfill the same purpose. It is not present in games starring Sackboy but lacking a create mode, such as Sackboy's Prehistoric Moves.

In LittleBigPlanet 3, some large craters are replaced with hexagonal, red-stitched Adventure craters.
