A Battery is a gadget that outputs a constant signal at the tweaked strength.

Always On
The Always On Gadget is an early variant of the Battery with very different properties. It has no script, no tweak menu, and is always active with a 100% signal output.
The only way to turn it off is to place it inside a Microchip's circuitboard and disable the Microchip by using its On/Off input on the bottom.
