Green Floral Fabric
Icons
About
Green, coarse-weave fabric with an English damask pattern and small, light-coloured stitches bordering its edges. Generally used for foliage such as grass, leaves, and bushes due to its green colour and floral patterns.
History
Green floral fabric dates back to a lesser extent than some of its counterparts from the Gardens, with it being created around the early points of Germany and, later, the Gardens. The material appears in early pieces of concept art for Germany, where it was used for backdrop scenery. This would also be the case in the GDC 2007 demo for LittleBigPlanet, where hill models using the green floral fabric's textures can be seen in the background. Like other materials created during the early points of LittleBigPlanet's development, there exists three primitive icons used for green floral fabric.

Hessian Fabric
Icons
About
Dirty, dark brown Hessian fabric with small stitches bordering its rounded edges.
History
During LittleBigPlanet's initial demonstrations, hessian fabric was used to display physics interactions with players, where the surfaces of the material could deform dynamically in ways that were largely reduced and relegated to objects in later builds of the game. Like other materials created during the early points of LittleBigPlanet's development, there exists three primitive icons used for hessian fabric.

Pink Floral Fabric
Icons
About
Beige cotton fabric with an English damask pattern and small, light-coloured stitches bordering its edges. Generally used as a complementary material.
History
Originally featured an entirely different look, consisting of a complex design composed of pink flowers and green leaves on a dark blue background. The final revision is, in essence, a recolour of green floral fabric with minor changes to its diffuse and normal maps, with its name being a discrepancy. Like other materials during the early points of LittleBigPlanet's development, there exists three primitive icons used for pink floral fabric but are exclusive to its older variation. Unlike other materials that experienced large revisions alongside updated icons, pink floral fabric carried over its old design to its auto-generated popit icon.

Wood
Wooden Struts
Icons
About
Garden trellis made of wood visually identical to the basic wood material. The wood's thin edges are supported by the continuous inner diagonal struts.
History
An early predecessor to wooden struts can be seen in the GDC 2007 demonstrations for LittleBigPlanet, used for the ramp structure later carried over to Skate to Victory. Although similar in appearance, the struts are larger, and the structure itself is modeled as opposed to being made of procedural materials in the final game.
