The LittleBigPlanet Karting Demo is a free playable demo of LittleBigPlanet Karting released onto the PlayStation Store on December 5, 2012.
Overview
The demo contains four story levels: Karting Lessons, Monster Trucks, and the Versus variants of After the Wedding and Current Events. In terms of customisation options, the player has access to a small pool of costumes and karts, as well as stickers and decorations with which to decorate their Pod (though the ability to save/load Pods is not available; the Pods section of Popit is replaced with the Reset Pod option).
The demo features unique loading screens compared to other versions of the game. The first one after the intro cinematic advertises features found in the full game, with all subsequent loading screens thanking the player for checking out the demo with one of a few different messages.
