The LittleBigPlanet 3 2013-04-30 "Pre-Alpha" prototype is the earliest available prototype of LittleBigPlanet 3 for the PlayStation 3.

History

The build was found inside a PS3 Development Kit acquired in September 2025, and was released by Imagisphere into the Internet Archive a week later on September 24. This build served as an idea pitch to Sony for what would become the last two eras of development for LittleBigPlanet 3, most notably showing off a very early draft of the Prologue theme and a general front-end for the game. While most content from around the time the build was compiled has been removed, the remaining assets found within it still contain their original timestamps, giving better insight into when certain development periods of LittleBigPlanet 3 began and ended.
