The Fix Me Hook Hat T-Shirt is a free downloadable item for LittleBigPlanet 3. It features a T-shirt with the words "Fix Me Hook Hat" written on it, in reference to a placeholder icon seen in the initial launch version of the game, which was used for the "Can Use Hook Hat" setting in the Sackbot's tweak menu.
According to developer Mark Hall, the DLC was created after a programmer at Sumo Digtal showed up for work wearing a "Fix Me Hook Hat" T-shirt that had been put up on Redbubble by a community member.[1] The T-shirt was originally released for one week on June 24, 2015, but eventually saw a permanent re-release on December 8, 2017.[2]
