Swoop is one of the playable characters of LittleBigPlanet 3, based upon the Hero Cape gadget from LittleBigPlanet 2's DC Comics Premium Level Kit.
Gameplay
You can fly upwards by holding down 
, and releasing it will let you fall down slowly, unless you hold down 
to glide, which lets the character maneuver easily with speed. Additionally, you can grab grabbable materials holding (much like Sackboy and Toggle), which can be coupled with flying upwards.
