The Beta Test Vest was a rare downloadable costume for the original LittleBigPlanet.

In Game Update 1.08 for LittleBigPlanet 3, variants of the Beta Test Vest were added for OddSock, Toggle and Swoop, and were automatically given to those who already had Sackboy's vest.
