==Gameplay==
By holding {{button|cross}}, Swoop will flap her wings and begin ascending indefinitely, falling back to the ground when released.
Pressing and holding {{button|r1}} whilst falling causes Swoop to start gliding; pushing {{button|lstick}} in this state will redirect the player's downward velocity in any direction, allowing them to travel faster than otherwise possible. This mechanic was adapted from the [[Hero Cape]] powerup from ''[[LittleBigPlanet 2]]''&apos;s [[DC Comics Premium Level Kit]].
Much like with [[Sackboy]] and [[Toggle (Character)|Toggle]], holding {{button|r1}} next to a grabbable object will cause Swoop to grab hold of it with her talons; she can then use her wings to carry it through the air.

You can fly upwards by holding down {{button|cross}}, and releasing it will let you fall down slowly, unless you hold down {{button|r1}} to glide, which lets the character maneuver easily with speed. Additionally, you can grab grabbable materials holding {{button|r1}} (much like [[Sackboy]] and [[Toggle]]), which can be coupled with flying upwards.

Swoop is a playable character in LittleBigPlanet 3. Being a bird, she can fly and glide through the air.

Gameplay

By holding Cross button, Swoop will flap her wings and begin ascending indefinitely, falling back to the ground when released.

Pressing and holding R1 button whilst falling causes Swoop to start gliding; pushing Left stick in this state will redirect the player's downward velocity in any direction, allowing them to travel faster than otherwise possible. This mechanic was adapted from the Hero Cape powerup from LittleBigPlanet 2's DC Comics Premium Level Kit.

Much like with Sackboy and Toggle, holding R1 button next to a grabbable object will cause Swoop to grab hold of it with her talons; she can then use her wings to carry it through the air.
