This sticker was awarded for two ''[[LittleBigPlanet (PlayStation Portable)|LittleBigPlanet PSP]]'' competitions, the '''[[LittleBigPlanet (PlayStation Portable) What did Sackboy do next Competition|What did Sackboy do next? Competition]]''' and the '''[[LittleBigPlanet (PlayStation Portable) Survival Level Challenge|Survival Level Challenge]]'''. 

The sticker was accidentally put on the European PlayStation store, with exactly 105 being downloaded.<ref name="OldWebsiteLeak">[https://web.archive.org/web/20101007175432/http://forums.littlebigplanet.com/t5/General-Discussion/LittleBigPlanet-Competitions-Win-a-Prize-Crown-or-a-Rare-PSP/td-p/236702 LittleBigPlanet Competitions Thread] - (archive)</ref> Despite the rarity being compromised, it was still included as an award for future competitions, only being replaced when new exclusive stickers were released.

While the Gold version of this sticker was given out, it has two variants in LittleBigPlanet PSP's files for Bronze and Silver; since so few community members downloaded these stickers, it's unknown whether or not the Bronze and Silver variants were awarded to lower tier winners of the competitions.
