LittleBigPlanet Central
LittleBigPlanet Central (also abbreviated as LBPCentral) was a community forum for the LittleBigPlanet series that existed from 2007 until its retirement in May 2021.
About
The LittleBigPlanet Central forum began in 2007 during the leadup to the release of the original LittleBigPlanet. As the fan site gained significant attention from Media Molecule and affiliated developers in the coming years, LittleBigPlanet Central became a reliable source for news surrounding the series. The forum would also hold frequent contests around costume and level creations.
In January 2019, administration for the LittleBigPlanet Central forum archived roughly one million posts and 70,000 threads created throughout its lifespan. Around two years later, in 31 May 2021, the closure of the LittleBigPlanet Central forum was officially announced and the site archived thereafter.
LBPWiki
In January 2011, multiple community members from LittleBigPlanet Central formed the LittleBigPlanet wiki, which was officially recognized by Media Molecule.[1] The site received significant development from the community before being taken offline indefinitely due to technical difficulties.
