Use this template to add a disambiguation indicator to the page.
Usage
By default, the displayed name and search link's destination is the page's name, and the page will be categorized under Category:Disambiguation.
- Setting the parameter
pagename=
to your desired text will change the displayed title and the search link's destination. - Setting the parameter
nocat=y
will not include the page under the disambiguation category.
