The build is dated August 1, 2012, placing it about a month after the Public Beta and about seven weeks before the final build.

The demo allows players to choose from a small pool of costumes and karts (though only complete ensembles can be selected), and features three playable levels: [[Turtle Island]], [[Current Events]], and [[Monster Trucks]].
